RHEMA Singapore helped establish a RHEMA extension school in Khabarovsk Russia. The Charter Class started in January 2011 with 40 students! Here are some updates, reports and testimonies:

There are things which are priceless and being in the right place at the right time doing the right thing is one of these. February 2012 was the first time I taught at Rhema Khabarovsk Russia. It was a fantastic and wonderful journey for me! During the time of preparation as well as during the ten days of teaching, it was inspiring, exciting and fun to see the Lord’s help, direction and wisdom in delivering the material. The information I had to cover was quite vast and extensive and there were different angles from which I could approach the teaching on this subject. I literally was experiencing how awesome it is to be a co-worker with the Lord. The ideas from Him were so practical and fruitful. Students were very receptive and open. I won’t able to be as effective as I am now if I didn’t go through SOM. For me it was a life-changing experience. Now, I see myself doing the right thing in the right place at the right time and I’m well-equipped for that!

One of the greatest needs of the church as a whole in Russia is for qualified ministers, especially pastors. Many earnest Christian workers here are extremely faithful and passionately love the Lord, yet frequently do not have the practical wisdom for ministry that comes through experience and good training. In many cases, problems could be averted if these precious workers were instructed as to what to do and how to do it according to the Word of God. It is essential that they be provided with biblical, practical, anointed teaching, so they can add to their love and faithfulness, wisdom and other virtues.

It has become crystal clear to me that RHEMA is a vital part of the answer to Russia's need for fully equipped ministers of the Word and the Spirit. Not only does RHEMA provide its students with knowledge of the Scriptures, it also teaches them how to apply said knowledge in a practical way. The key to spreading the Gospel throughout Russia is to strengthen and establish local churches. We here at Rhema Khabarovsk Russia are excited to be a part of it!

It was such a joy to partner with God and watch Him work. The Russians are wonderful to minister to. They were hungry and so willing to put the Word to practice. What the devil meant for evil, God turned it for good! We saw how God restored their hope and joy. Their countenance changed from glory to glory. Many experienced God and had tears in their eyes during the teaching. We enjoyed the hospitality and were touched by their acts of services and kindness to us. We very much enjoyed Russian food and Rev. Joe's favorite pizza place as well.

Hadassah ministered excellently. It was smooth sailing all the way and we all enjoyed her sessions very much. Good testimonies were coming in daily.

When I first saw that there would be a class about grace, I was really disappointed and had no desire to attend. I told myself that even if I did attend, I wouldn't even consider purchasing the CD recordings. After Pastor David Maxey taught the class, I saw and caught passion and joy about grace, I realized that I don't know everything and there's a lot more that I can learn about grace. Eventually, I even bought the CDs.

Thank God for Pastor Vera’s class on Ministerial Ethics! Now I know better how to apply practical wisdom in ministry and also how to deal with some ministry killers. I’ve learned that I should treat pride as my enemy; I shouldn’t identify myself with it pride; I’m created in God’s image, I’m His poem and my identity is in Him! All glory to God!

There was a strong anointing during the classes! I thank God for Genevieve and Hiwee Leng! Short testimony: when I came for the classes (18.03.11) I had a strong headache. But as I was sitting under anointed preaching and teaching of the Word of God I was totally healed! Pain went away! Praise the Lord!!!

I was very blessed by the classes with Genevieve and Hiwee Leng! Now I not only know Old Testament and Biblical prosperity better, I also received precious advices, which were given out of personal testimonies of instructors! Now I know that we can dream big and see those dreams come true not by our strength but by the power of the One who loved us so much. God is good, and He is able to keep us safe all the time! This is how big His love is to us!!! Jesus is Lord!

I was especially blessed by your personal testimonies and stories that you told us, they helped me to see prosperity from the different angle. Now I know why God wants to prosper me- He blesses me so that I could be a blessing for others. I was amazed by your life style- life of obedience to God! God’s blessings upon you! I was taught that I should not think highly of myself, and I always thought that I should not dream big. But when I heard the truth through Rev. Genevieve, it set me free. I realized that I was robbed my whole life until the truth came. Now I know that I should think of myself the way God thinks of me. And He thinks highly of me! Glory to Him! God is good! I have finally understood that God is my ONLY source. When I give, I should do it from my heart. Everything beautiful and good that I have in my heart, I should give to God. I should not only give 10% of my heart but ALL of my heart! God is faithful! Everything He promises, He will fulfill. From the examples in the Bible that we studied, I now know what God loves and what He hates. I want to be a man after God's heart!

I want to be obedient to the Lord to be a blessing to others. I want to give to God the best! I've never thought that I would be so inspired by reading the Old Testament. Now, I understand that the Old Testament is very important for understanding the whole Bible. The teaching on prosperity has renewed my way of thinking about finances. I have received many revelations! I have begun to see many things differently. God opened my eyes! Thank you!

I always thought finances were just a tool for achieving my personal goals. Praise the Lord for the class on prosperity! Now my attitude has changed! It's hard to explain in words how I'm thankful to the Lord and Rev. Joe for sending Genevieve and Hiwee Leng to us. The message of prosperity is really life changing! I was very blessed by the personal testimony of Sister Genevieve. Praise God for He knows my needs! This is indeed a balanced teaching on prosperity. God ministered to me by His love. He is such a generous and kind Father!

God has done wonderful things in my heart during the last module at RHEMA Khabarovsk Russia.

Rev. Tamara taught us on the subject of prayer. As I was going through the natural course of my life, God would confirm His Word with signs and miracles. I’ve never experienced anything like this before!

One of the miracles was the restoration of my relationship with my mother, who is not yet a believer. Earlier we could not talk without yelling at each other. I applied what I have learnt during the classes and prayed a prayer of faith for the improvement in our relationship. Since that prayer, we have the closest relationship we ever had. Sometimes I catch myself expecting that she will yell at me, or condemn me again, but nothing like this happens! I only see His love and grace in manifestation! God has turned all bad for our good.

I have a stronger revelation about prayer than I ever had before and I have a desire to teach other people about prayer!

From the first time when I heard about RHEMA, I had a deep desire to study here, but there was no RHEMA in Russia at that time. I thought, unless a miracle happens, I would never study at RHEMA<.

I told God about this desire and I would never dream, even in my wildest dreams, that today, there would be a RHEMA in our city!! I would think of Moscow, but not in Khabarovsk. God is so good! He always over exceeds our expectations!! He even inspired a sponsor from another part of the world to provide for my entire course. When I first heard about it, I cried. That was so unexpectedly good that I couldn’t believe my ears!

Our Lord is faithful!! He loves me so much, that He answered my prayer exceedingly, abundantly, above all that I could ask or think!

The Lord led me to study at RHEMA Khabarovsk Russia(RKR).

I believed God for getting an education and I would need a job in order to provide for it. I was praying and asking God to lead me. But I wouldn’t receive any particular direction. I was passing all the dead lines for the application submission to the universities of my choice. During the job search, I was a little upset, seeing how other people would be hired right in front of my eyes and there would be nothing for me.

I received a RKR flyer in November 2010. I did not pay much attention to it at that time. But it seemed that everyone in church would talk about this RHEMA opening in Khabarovsk. I would hear them say “Have you heard of RHEMA?”, “RHEMA is opening!”, “RHEMA…”. I felt in my heart that I want to study in this RHEMA that everyone is talking about. I knew nothing about the school at that time, but I was just being obedient to God’s leading. I completed the application and joined RKR two days prior to classes!

Now, I know why I am here. I have learnt to trust Him, the one who unconditionally loves me. Now, I know my Lord like I have never known before.My life has already been radically changed! I can’t wait and see what God has prepared ahead for me!!!

Another exciting bit of news: we have had FIVE new students who signed up!!! That puts us slightly over our 'best case scenario' goal of 40 student. The Lord is good! The students are very receptive and hungry. RKR is forging ahead and making tremendous progress. Best of all, people's lives are being transformed!

Good news! We held orientation today at RKR. It was wonderful! We had 34 students in attendance! It was so touching that it brought tears to my eyes. There was a very strong anointing present. After this meeting I am 100% convinced that we are on the right track, doing the right thing. I really believe that this is of the Lord, and He is building this house.

Even though I've been in Russia for quite a while, it still deeply touched me today, to think that we are opening the first RHEMA here, in Russia! It's astounding! As I looked out at the students it just blessed me so much to see these precious people who willingly dedicate their lives to the service of the Lord. Great things are to going to come of these students!

We successfully covered all the policies and the rules. We went through the entire handbook. At the end, each student signed up to volunteer in a variety of ministries for RKR. Not one person was excluded. We now have a very powerful force of volunteers, and I believe that this will help us make this school top-notch. Everybody is primed and ready for class!
