RHEMA Bible Training Center (RBTC) was founded in 1974 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin and his wife, Oretha, with the help of his son and daughter-in-law, Rev. Kenneth and Mrs. Lynette W. Hagin, and in 1975, celebrated the graduation of its charter class of fifty-eight people.
For over 36 years RBTC has trained over 41,000 men and women world-wide to fulfill God’s plan for their lives. RHEMA graduates currently serve in every inhabited continent as pastors, teachers, children's workers, youth ministers, worship leaders, and in many other capacities within their home churches and communities taking the message of faith and the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to their homes and to the nations of the world.
RBTC continues to expand its outreach and increase its effectiveness in preparing believers to fulfill the call of God on their lives. RBTC has grown from its initial school in the United States to include training centers in thirteen different nations (Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Romania, Singapore, South Pacific, Thailand and the United States of America), with plans for expansion in the near future!
Each training center carries the same call, the same anointing, the same message, the same divine mandate, the same truths and the same purpose as RBTC: to train believers who will complete the plan of God for their lives as they work together to fulfill the Great Commission and usher in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ!
